PhD Computer Scholarship in Genetics and Protein Chemistry


The PhD Computer Scholarship is part of a project "SUMOylation of regulatory proteins" Cooperation between Associate Professor Geneviève Thon and Associate Professor Karen Skriv. The work will include detailed molecular analysis of yeast and Arabidopsis proteins and their regulatory interaction partners in response to sumoylation. The project involves bioinformatics, protein chemistry, biochemical and genetic analysis. You will be part of the research in various other projects on the genetics, protein chemistry, gene regulatory networks, etc. set

Candidate details:

Computer Scholarship Applicants must have a master's degree in biochemistry or biology hold who have extensive experience in molecular biology and protein chemistry. Fluency in English is a requirement, and candidates may be asked to provide documentation of English proficiency prior to appointment.
The main selection criterion will be the research potential of the applicant. In addition to research experience in biochemistry, protein chemistry and molecular biology is an absolute prerequisite.
